On November 5th, 2024, voters in McHenry County and Logan County approved a fee increase to the local portion of the 911 fee from $1.00 to $1.50.  Together with the statewide interoperable radio network fee of $0.50, this will bring both Counties total 911 fees to $2.00.  The new McHenry and Logan County 911 fee will become effective on January 31st for the January 2025 reporting period.
