On October 1st, 2024, Emmons County, North Dakota signed the joint powers agreement (JPA) to begin participating in the ND 911 Fee Collections process supported by NDACo. Please consult with your team or tax reporting company to set up the proper internal controls to begin reporting Emmons County online as of the November 2024 reporting period, or 12/01/2024.
